RightNow Technologies, which provides customer relationship management software, on Monday said it acquired Salesnet in an all-cash deal to accelerate its customer experience management development plans.
The company said it expects the transaction to be neutral to cash flow from operations but it will dilute its profits per share in 2006.
Initial integration between Salesnet applications, a software company, and RightNow will be completed by this summer with all major features expected to be included by the summer of 2007, the company said in a news release.
Salesnet launched the first CRM application to be made available on RIM's BlackBerry, according to its website.
