MSI Wind
Another contender for the business traveller's cash is the MSI Wind - it's not yet arrived on these shores but was launched in the US to some fairly rave reviews this week. The machine includes Intel's Atom processor - the company's smallest and lowest-power chip designed with mobile internet devices and 'netbooks' in mind.
The mini laptop has a 10-inch screen - though a smaller 8.9-inch version is also apparently on the cards later this year - and comes with Windows XP or SUSE Linux.
It's the heaviest yet at 1.3kg but dimensions are roughly similar to the Eee and HP, at: 25.9cm x 17.9cm x 1.8cm~3.1cm.
As well as standard white or black versions, there's also pink.
Price is around £330, depending on which OS you opt for.
