NEWS Newham College of Further Education has chosen Bull to provide its in-house helpdesk system. The £1.5m contract, to be spread over the next three years, will enable students and administrative staff at the college to receive IT support from 8.00am until 9.00pm. The ServiceDesk team will consist of 12 people and will support the college's 900 PCs across seven sites.
