In brief: Intel antitrust case set for January

NEWS Intel has until 5 January 1999 to prepare for its antitrust suit against the US Federal Trade Commission. The chip giant had wanted the date to be set for 18 February so it could prepare sufficiently, but the administrative judge told both parties to prepare to submit a schedule before January.
