NEWS Enterprise resource planning firm PeopleSoft posted $39.2m in earnings for the second quarter of this year, a 77 per cent increase over the same quarter last year. The company credits expanded international operations, increased revenues from license fees, and a thriving services division for the success. PeopleSoft's worldwide employee count has increased from 4,500 to 5,800 in the last six months.
