NEWS Multinational organisations need to use external service providers for their technical needs, according to research from IDC. That will free their in-house staff to focus on integrating the technology with the needs of the business, according to the research house. IDC says the increasingly competitive employment market for IT professionals is driving firms to outsource purely technical aspects of their systems departments.
