In brief: Shareholders file suit against CA

By Sally Watson, 27 July 1998 13:38

NEWS Computer Associates (CA) has been hit by a class action lawsuit from disappointed shareholders following poor results. CA warned shareholders last Wednesday that growth would be slow over the next few quarters due to the Asian economic crisis. The company also claimed corporate spending on Year 2000 solutions has hurt sales of its products.
