NEWS A merger between Quark and Adobe is looking less likely as analysts and customers openly voted against the bid at the Seybold conference in the US. Quark's annual revenue is less than half that of Adobe's and when asked at a panel, some customers favoured a reverse takeover. However, the majority believed any merger would reduce competition and innovation.
