Intuit spends $200m on Computing Resources

NEWS Intuit is to pay $200m in cash and stock for payroll services firm, Computing Resources (CRI). The US financial software company has been providing its QuickBooks financial management package to small business customers with CRI's payroll services since October. The company will focus on providing existing customers with continued services.
