NEWS US firm, MTZ Computers has been sued by Novell for allegedly selling counterfeit Netware software via online auction Web site, eBay. Novell announced yesterday it has filed law suits in Texas against MTZ and its owner Pete Martinez, although the company said it is not criticising the online auction community as a whole. In a statement Novell VP and senior counsel, David Bradford, said: "Novell regularly monitors online auction sites in an effort to discourage exactly this type of practice."
