NEWS The Network Outsourcing Association (NOA) has given its endorsement to Jyra's, Service Management Architecture, for outsourcing companies which want to offer end users high service level agreements (SLA). NAO, an independent UK trade body, believes more and more companies are moving towards end user-focused SLAs. Dr Nigel Roxburgh of the NOA said it has been waiting for the right technology to enable this kind of SLA, and said Jyra's product fits the bill.
