NEWS Japanese-Korean PC manufacturer Sotec, has been ordered by the Tokyo District Court to change the look of its imitation iMac machine, called the e-one PC. According to CNN, the e-one will be changed from Apple's translucent blue to a simple silver. This follows a decision made last month by Judge Toshiaki Iimura of the 29th Civil Division of the Tokyo District court who agreed with Apple Japan that the e-one machines shared common curvatures, materials, specific design details and colour with the iMac. At that time, the judge ordered an injunction against the PC company to halt the manufacture, sale, display or export of the e-one.
