NEWS EDS has taken action against nine employees at the centre of a fraud scandal that cost the states of New York, Massachusetts and Delaware almost $40m. The company has confirmed that it has sacked or taken legal action against both current and former employees after they were arrested on charges of fraudulently claiming money from the states on behalf of EDS clients. EDS is now conducting a full investigation and it claims it will cover any damages incurred by their clients involved in the case.
