Poor IT training costs more than a headache for managers

NEWS Managers across different sectors are losing time due to the way they are learning to use desktop applications themselves, according to a recent survey commissioned by IT training Company Trainers. According to the survey, instructor-led training is by far the most popular, greatly out-pacing the least popular Web-based training option. The survey - called 'Improving Office Productivity' - was conducted by Metrica research company and includes UK's manufacturing, telecommunications and finance companies.
