NEWS Internet bank first-e has launched a range of mobile banking services for its customers. The first-e WAP service lets users check bank balances and transfer funds between first-e accounts. The bank added that by the end of the summer, extra services will be rolled out - including the ability to transfer funds between other bank accounts. The WAP service is only available to customers who can access full information from the Web site on a Nokia 7110 handset. The service was designed by ebusiness finance company, Brokat, which also designed and built the Co-operative Bank's online venture, Smile.
