NEWS Novell has launched its OnDemand Internet services software. The software will let service providers such as ASPs rent software and services over the Internet after an initial one-off payment. Running on Novell's NDS eDirectory, the offering will provide a range of Net services software, applications and content through a browser, which can be managed from a single location. Novell claims the service will let users rent or lease applications or services as and when they are required.
