NEWS Private health insurance firm, Bupa International, is crediting the success of its website sales to NetCall's 'call me' button. The insurer is currently doing 15 per cent of international sales through its website, and says 40 per cent of its 'call me' button customers make a purchase. NetCall claims it costs companies less than a traditional freephone service, and frees customers from the need to make expensive international phone calls.
