NEWS Psion has teamed up with Swiss IT company, XCOM, to offer home banking facilities in Germany and Switzerland. The service, to be known as eFIX mobile, will enable customers to make payments and order bank statements and share prices. The company expects to offer real-time stock trading by the end of the year. Owners of Psion Revo and Psion Series 5Mx, may download the secure service from www.xcom.de as of next month. Psion is believed to be in negotiations over a similar service to be launched in the UK.
