NEWS Home Page Reader 3.0 for Windows supports nine languages, and reads aloud all information on a web page, including text, tables, graphics and adverts. Data can also be inputted into the screen. The browser is based on IBM's ViaVoice Outloud text-to-speech technology and the computer giant claims it will enable users to complete online forms, buy, sell or trade over the web in the same way as users with 20/20 vision.
