NEWS The job cuts, expected to save the company up to £30m a year, were announced by George Battle, interim CEO of Ask Jeeves, who is set to take over full time from the departing boss, Rob Wrubel. He said: "We have taken steps that we believe will produce sustainable, long-term, profitable growth. We recognise that this has impacted good people who made significant contributions to Ask Jeeves and we thank them for their role in our growth."
