NEWS According to French press reports the police picked up the suspect in Geneva, but so far his identity has not been disclosed. The hackers stole information including credit card details, mobile numbers and home addresses of high-profile Davos attendees and sent it to the SonntagsZeitung newspaper which confirmed the details. In an interview with the paper, four hackers calling themselves 'virtual monkeywrench' said they had not intended to use the details for blackmail. Attendees included former US president Bill Clinton, Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
