NEWS The founders Jo Lernout and Pol Hauspie were arrested and charged last week. Former managing director, Nico Willaert has also been arrested. Pol Hauspie's lawyer told silicon.com: "We are fully co-operating with the investigation. We will do everything that we can to help, that is why we have not appealed at this time." Lernout is at a separate jail in Bruges for health reasons - he is believed to be suffering from depression.
