NEWS The seven-year agreement will see the consulting and IT services firm manage infrastructure and application services, including desktop computing, help desk support, voice services, and some application development for Schroders operations in the UK.
Around 200 Schroders employees involved in the delivery of IT services have transferred to CSC as part of the deal.
Last month the firm was reported to be changing its name as part of a re-branding programme by its new American owner, Citigroup. Known currently as Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, the business will be renamed Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank.
