NEWS Mary Meeker, analyst at Morgan Stanley and queen of the internet, or at least queen of the internet bubble, has seen charges against her dismissed by a US judge. Meeker, an early cheerleader for internet companies, was accused of offering biased advice in order to promote her company's stock trading division. The eight class-action suits were filed on behalf of shareholders of Amazon, AOL and eBay. The judge dismissed them with prejudice - which means they cannot be refiled. The case follows an earlier dismissal in August.
