Cap Gemini seals Executive deal

Seven-year contract for consortium...

NEWS A consortium headed by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young has won a seven-year e-procurement contract with the Scottish Executive assembly. The project will provide e-procurement processes across the Scottish public sector, and will particularly target local and central government and the NHS. Cap Gemini Ernst & Young will begin work on the new system immediately, with consortium partners Elcom and Cataloga. The Scottish Executive has an annual budget of around £20bn.
