Welsh Bill Gates starts spending

Venture capital fund looking for adventure...

NEWS Welsh entrepreneur and billionaire Terry Matthews has announced the first recipient of money from his venture capital fund. The $250m fund will invest £350,000 in Enfis, a Swansea-based start-up, according to the Financial Times. Enfis was spun out of the University of Wales. The company makes laser products aimed at the medical market - its first product is a treatment for spots.
