NEWS Software company BEA has inked a deal with computer services giant Deloitte. By partnering with the world's largest computer services consultants, New York-based BEA has completed its plan to compete with IBM Global Services. The partnership will give BEA access to customers around the globe. BEA now boasts alliances with a full house of computer service providers including Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Computer Sciences, EDS, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
