NEWS The government has closed down the Inland Revenue's online tax filing service because of fears over a security breach. According to reports, the flagship service has been closed since Monday after users reported seeing snippets of other users' personal details. The government has been pushing the new service, and has announced plans to make every business in the country file tax returns online by 2010 or face a fine. According the BBC, an Inland Revenue spokesperson said the reports of a security breach were being taken "very seriously".
