NEWS One in four US chief executives believe their board of directors don't fully understand the business they are in, according to a survey carried out by the Yale School of Management. Jeffrey Sonnefield from Yale is quoted in this morning's Daily Telegraph saying: "It is stunning how many chief executives lack confidence in their boards, financial reporting, even their own management teams."
