NEWS PayPal and its future owner eBay are already in trouble with regulators regarding certain online gambling transactions. PayPal has already met with regulators to discuss alleged anti-competitive practices by the auction site, according to CNet. The latest subpoena was issued by the US District Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Missouri in regards to five lawsuits filed by PayPal shareholders trying to stop the merger with eBay. PayPal said it would fully co-operate with the courts.
