NEWS The champagne winners this year, for taking part in the latest Skills Survey conducted by silicon.com, are: Andrew Boarder, an IT manager; Christian Waymouth, a network manager; Eileen Stevens, an IT manager; Martyn Fleetwood, an IT consultant; and Tina Fraughen, a quality manager in IT. Thanks again to everyone who took part in this year's poll - almost 4,000 of you took the time in the UK alone.
