Lucky silicon.com reader Bryan Smith met up with Brit F1 sensation Lewis Hamilton last Thursday for a spin around the famous Goodwood racing circuit.
Smith - a systems manager from Poole in Dorset and regular silicon.com reader - correctly answered three Vodafone-related questions to scoop the prize in the competition run on silicon.com, in association with Vodafone UK.
Smith said the highlight of the day was the two-lap passenger ride in a Mercedes SLR supercar (pictured) with Hamilton behind the wheel. He said it was "quite frankly astonishing".
Smith added: "There's not many superlatives I've not already used about it really. It's a petrolhead's dream."
And of Hamilton, Smith said: "He's a genuinely nice bloke - there's no pretension."

As well as his two laps in the SLR with Hamilton, Smith also had the chance to drive a modified car on a skid pan as well as a Caterham 7 sports cars.
