The problem with the BBC's iPlayer is that they are using Microsoft's DRM and media technology which Microsoft (out of choice) do not fully support on other, rival platforms. This in itself is not that big an issue, but it certainly is when the British public are forced to pay a TV license to fund the BBC and are in effect paying for the iPlayer service which may not work on their computers.

Just listened to my first podcast. What's with the "Drop The Dead Donkey"/"KyTV" intro music!?!
