eBay's Shopping.com network has spent its fourth consecutive month at the top of two rankings for online comparison sites.
The Shopping.com network - which includes the Dealtime.co.uk, DoorOne.co.uk and Shopping.com sites - topped rankings from both Hitwise and Nielsen/NetRatings.
Nielsen Netratings data for July 2007 (unique audience )
1. Shopping.com (3,044,000)
2. Kelkoo and Yahoo! Shopping (2,564,000)
3. Shopzilla.com network (1,706,000)
4. Ciao! (1,525,000)
5. NexTag Network (1,285,000)
6. Pricerunner (981,000)
The combined audience figures for Kelkoo and Yahoo! Shopping came second in the popularity stakes, with the Shopzilla.com network coming third in July 2007, according to the Nielsen chart.
Further data from ComScore Media Matrix found a 30 per cent year-on-year growth within the shopping comparison market as a whole, excluding finance, travel and utility comparison sites.
eBay acquired Shopping.com in 2005 in a $620m cash transaction.
