CIOs' time is a precious commodity. Suppliers who pitch their technology to them have to get it right first time - or get shown the door.
silicon.com's 60-Second Pitch replicates this experience just for fun - but turns the screw a little tighter. Suppliers have just one minute to pitch their product or service to a panel of current and former heads of IT, who will then ask some supplementary questions for clarification and say whether they think the idea passes muster by giving a green or red light.
In this debut episode, Philip Grannum, director of product management Cable & Wireless, presents to former group CIO of Deutche Bank Mitchel Lenson, interim CIO at Amtrak Phil Young and David Supple, head of IT for Ecotec Research & Consulting.

I enjoyed this very much. A lot of complex information was put across with clarity over a relatively short period of time. Good quality video that held up when viewed on full screen. Impressive.

Excellent demonstration full of confidence and yes the road is set for the FMCG. Looking forward for it!
