Photos: Xmas presents for the techie who has everything

Who doesn't want to plug R2-D2 or a bit of sushi into their USB port?

For the eco-warrior among the tech team, a more practical, carbon footprint-cutting option is in order.

Handy then that O2 has just brought out this universal charger, known oddly enough as the O2 Universal Charger. It works with Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson mobiles, and BlackBerry and iPhone compatibility due early next year - which means you don't have to get a new charger each time you get a new mobile.

The other useful feature with the charger is its lack of energy - once the phone it's connected to is fully charged, it cuts the power to the device.

You missed the best techie gift of this year. The Personal Soundtrack T-shirt. The only appreciable difference between "Heros" and the rest of us is that "Heros" have incidental music.

As an April Fool, ThinkGeek did a spoof of a T-shirt with a speaker in the chest, that you could program with your own incidental music e.g. Spagetti Western "Stand-off" theme, Benny Hill Saxophone "Chase" theme, Romeo and Juliet "Love" theme, etc.

The response was so overwhelming that they went ahead and developed it.

However unromantic you may think someone's self-image may be, I guarantee you that every single Geek you ever met would cherish the gift of their very own incidental music.
