Working from home is more common than you might imagine, with the majority of techies claiming they do it every single week.
According to the latest silicon.com poll which asked readers how often they work from home, a quarter of respondents claimed to WFH every day.
Meanwhile, one in five said they homework a few times per week and almost one in 10 do so once per week.
A further quarter of poll respondents claimed to get WFH action once or a few times per month.
However, the poll revealed there is still a significant proportion of workers who don't ever work from the comfort of their own place: almost one in five said they never WFH.
According to a recent survey of UK office workers, two-thirds said they would be happier and more productive working from home but three-quarters claimed to be in jobs that don't allow flexible working.
