At inamo, the menu and ordering system are all electronic - no waiter and notepad needed. Diners can select their food and drink by scrolling through images shown on plate-like areas on their tabletop using their fingers.
According to the restaurant's owners, the idea for the touch interface was derived from the frustration of trying to get waiters' attention.
