You might be able to configure your player to view our videos using http. This will work through most firewalls. You can do this by going to options - preferences - transport - RTSP settings and selecting use http only. It should also be possible to do this with earlier players. You will also need to check that the values under preferences - proxy are correct. This depends on your company's network set-up.
