
Several newspapers are reporting that HP is to cut around 1,000 jobs in the UK, as part of its plan to shrink its global headcount by 14,500. Details of specific sites that will be affected have not yet emerged, although The Times suggests Glasgow is 'least likely to be affected' as it is a production centre.
