NB: Prison call centres

Work might already feel like being in prison for some call centre employees but the Dutch government is about to go one step further and make that a reality by opening commercial call centres in its prisons. The decision has, not surprisingly, caused outrage in the Dutch call centre industry but let's not forget that the US government has been doing this for a couple of years.
