
The consumer watchdog Which is once again taking no prisoners in slapping wrists – this time it's banks on the receiving end. Apparently £73m was seized from new cards stolen in transit before the card holder had received them, according to figures from last year. It recommends banks send cards to the customer, who should have a special code to activate them. Would that solve the problem? Email us at: editorial@silicon.com
