Computer troubles really get to us, don't they? A recent survey shows IT glitches cause us to cancel social engagements, swear and throw things. They also get us in such a bad mood we verbally abuse helpdesk workers. Not quite the most becoming behaviour. Let's all make an effort next time we seek IT assistance to be a bit nicer...
