It's Friday afternoon, and what better piece of news to fill the pre-weekend interregnum than this: Japanese firm Pixen is hoping to fill a nasal-passage shaped niche in the mobile-phone market with gadgets that attach to your mobile and emit "bery strong fragrance to announce incoming calls". We assume they mean 'very' - but 'berry' is also frighteningly possible. Only in Japan… (we hope).
