NB: Ask's Jeeves to go - yes really

You'd be forgiven for thinking you've heard this all before but Jeeves - the smartly dressed, ever-at-your-service mascot of search engine Ask Jeeves - is being pensioned off in the interests of 'updating the image of the brand'. No, really - this time it's happening, according to a report in the Guardian. Apparently the butler is considered 'too British' for search-engine owner InterActive's target international market.
