It's temporary reprieve for BlackBerry lovers in the US… The judge in the NTP-RIM patent trial has decided against issuing an immediate ruling on imposing an injunction to shut down the service there, and is instead taking the matter 'on advisement'. The US Patent Office has however issued another final rejection for an NTP patent.
