A US blogger named Thad Anderson has caused a stir with a posting online which reveals the orders of Donald Rumsfeld in the immediate aftermath of the 11 September attacks back in 2001. Anderson got hold of the now-declassified notes as a result of a US Freedom of Information Act enquiry. He then posted them on his blog outragedmoderates.org.
