Too High Too Low

At the tender age of 22, Blake Ross makes his debut in the rankings because of his potential to become one of the heavyweight Agenda Setters of the future.

Ross is one of the people behind the Mozilla Firefox browser. He famously joined Netscape as a 14-year-old intern and has recently sold his company Parakey - which takes desktop apps to the web - to Facebook.

Ross isn't afraid to make waves either, having blasted Google for abusing its powerful position in the search market to promote its growing range of products.

Still employed at Facebook, Ross is definitely one to watch.
