Since joining 3663 Jane Scott has transformed the technology that underpins the £1.5bn food and catering delivery service. This includes refreshing the company's IT infrastructure and integrating the IT systems of fresh produce and catering equipment businesses acquired by 3663.
As a member of the company board she has taken the lead on issues ranging from sustainability to business process redesign.
A mathematics graduate, Scott is product of the legendary graduate management scheme at Mars.
After finishing the scheme she consolidated her knowledge of the fast moving consumer goods sector, moving to Coca-Cola Schweppes and subsequently to The Coca-Cola Company, where she spent seven years living and working internationally.
During her career she has a proven track record in delivering projects, including ERP implementations, and high service levels for operational systems.
