I recently leased some equipment from Dell for our company. Won't do it again! Their 'technical support' in India is a nightmare. I've done telephone tech support myself, so always try the obvious and supply as much detail as possible. This is then totally ignored and they read (obviously) from a crib sheet asking silly and often irrelevant questions. My most recent experience involved about ten minutes of these questions, then I was put on hold for about the same time. The agent then came back and said - 'No, it doesn't work'. Would have been nice to speak to someone who knew that in the first place! Like before I leased the stuff!
